A. Withdrawal notice — Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise withdrawal by email to kontakt@d3chain.com (subject e.g. “Withdrawal”). If you use email, we will send you confirmation of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium that includes these points, as required by law.
